In April 2006 the current directors purchased the stock and goodwill of the Steel Division of The Wilky Group Ltd who had decided to cease their steel operations. Jim Beverley, the former manager of the Wilky Group Steel Division is now the Managing Director of BEVERLEY STEEL.

BEVERLEY STEEL is the main stockist of galvanised steel tube and Interclamp® fittings in Hampshire and Surrey, its customer base having been built up over many years under the Wilky umbrella. BEVERLEY STEEL also supplies tube and fittings nationwide and has several major UK clients.
